To keep our patients and providers healthy and reduce the spread of infection during the COVID-19 outbreak, The Polyclinic is limiting visitors at all our facilities to:
- One parent/guardian may accompany a minor/child.
- One caregiver may accompany a patient with cognitive or physical limitations or disability.
We ask all other visitors to remain at home or in their car. Parents and guardians, please find alternate care for children/siblings who do not have an appointment. We understand in some cases patients may also need an interpreter in the room.
We encourage visitors who may need to hear a provider’s advice or take notes of the visit for their loved one to contact the patient’s cell phone during the visit.
